Head: Enterprise Analytics | Cape Town

 

Are you ready to lead analytics transformation in banking?

Our client has a need for a  Head of Enterprise Analytics to partner with their Chief Data & Analytics Officer in driving the Group's evolution from a data-driven to an insights-driven organisation.

The Opportunity: Transform how a leading financial services powerhouse leverages data, analytics and AI across the enterprise. You'll cascade the group's data strategy into actionable initiatives, working with cutting-edge hyperscalers and pioneering the next era of analytics with LLMs, semantic models, and advanced AI integration.

 

What You'll Drive:

• Develop and execute enterprise analytics strategy across all business units

• Lead organisational transformation through actionable insights, not just data

• Build and evolve analytics capabilities that deliver measurable business value

• Partner with executives to turn advanced analytics into competitive advantage

• Pioneer innovation with world-class AI and data technologies

 

What You Bring:

• 10+ years senior analytics leadership in large organisations

• Proven track record generating business value through advanced analytics

• Experience influencing at executive level and driving adoption

• Honours degree (PhD ideal) in analytics, data science or technical field

• Financial Services/Fintech experience advantageous
