Strategic Hospital Contracting Manager

Our client, a leading healthcare innovator, is seeking a Strategic Hospital Contracting Manager in a high-impact, business-critical function which offers executive visibility, and the chance to drive meaningful innovation in healthcare management.

What you will do:

• Lead and execute comprehensive contracting strategies across hospitals, day hospitals, acute facilities, psychiatric facilities, and sub-acute care centres
• Drive commercial negotiations with major healthcare providers at executive level, securing sustainable tariff structures and optimal contract terms
• Design innovative hospital networks that lower the cost of care while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

• Post graduate qualification in a Clinical or Commercial discipline
• 5-10 years' relevant experience in contracting and/or strategic sourcing, ideally within healthcare coupled with experience in management consulting
• Deep understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, business models, and clinical considerations
