The Role

You will work on structured supplier development programmes that help high-potential SMEs secure commercial contracts and deliver excellence.

This is a hands-on consulting role with genuine scope to grow.

What will you be doing?

Using a clear, proven methodology, you will:

• Engage corporates to define requirements and confirm supplier-investment funding

• Identify and assess suppliers for strategic fit and readiness

• Design capability upgrade programmes

• Coordinate partners and beneficiaries to enable commercial outcomes

• Productise solutions for scale

• Monitor, evaluate and improve programme performance

Requirements:

Essential:

• 3+ years in management consulting, enterprise/supplier development, or similar

• Minimum Honours degree (leading university)

Advantageous:

• Experience integrating suppliers into corporate supply chains

• Master’s degree

• Knowledge of manufacturing sectors and corporate procurement
