What you bring:

• 8+ years of senior experience in banking or fintech
• 5+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting   
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Ability to influence and build relationships at C-level
• Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field
