EXCLUSIVE SEARCH: TWO DIRECTOR-LEVEL OPPORTUNITIES AT GLOBAL CONSULTANCY

A global management consulting firm has engaged me to identify TWO Directors to join their leadership team in South Africa:

1️.  FINANCIAL SERVICES Director - For leaders with MBB, Tier 2, Big 4 Management Consulting  background and strong FS credentials.

2. MINING SOUTH AFRICA Director - For accomplished consultants with proven mining sector expertise.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Top-tier consulting experience (preferably McKinsey, Bain, or BCG or other).

• Strong industry expertise in either Financial Services or Mining.

• Track record of successful project leadership.

• Business development capabilities and a proven sales record.

• People leadership skills.
