Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial analysis and valuation of potential investments
• Perform due diligence on target companies
• Create detailed financial models and investment memoranda
• Support deal execution and portfolio management
• Assist in fundraising activities and investor relations
Requirements:
• 2-4 years experience in investment banking, consulting, or relevant field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
