Management Consultant – Manager-level appointment

An international consultancy is looking for a Manager to join their Johannesburg team.

You don't need prior management consulting experience for this one - what matters most is how you think. We're after sharp, analytical minds (engineers and similar backgrounds are ideal) who can break down complex operational problems and drive real, measurable results on the ground - not just in a boardroom.

In this role you'll lead client engagements end-to-end, coach and manage a small team, and work directly with senior stakeholders to unlock performance improvements across industries like mining, energy, manufacturing and more.
