Job Description
A well-established financial services business is looking for someone to take full ownership of their reward strategy. That means remuneration, benefits, incentives, recognition, performance and wellbeing, all sitting with one person who can see the whole picture.
You'd report directly to the Chief People Officer and work closely with ExCo, Finance, Audit and the Remuneration Committee. Plenty of boardroom exposure.
What the role covers:
• Building and running a multi-year Total Rewards strategy
• Job architecture, grading and competitive pay structures for specialised payments and tech talent
• Short-term incentives, recognition and benefits design
• RemCom submissions, modelling and board presentations
• Pay equity, reward analytics and payroll governance
What you'll need:
• 8 to 12 years in reward or remuneration, ideally in financial services
• Strong grounding in job grading, pay structures and incentive design
• Solid handle on SA reward legislation, tax and governance
• Experience presenting to RemCom or Board
• A degree in HR, Finance or Business. A postgrad qualification or reward certification (SARA, GRP) is a bonus
