We're working with a fast-growing consulting firm that has grown to a team of 16 in around 18 months, doing excellent work across a real spread of industries. It was founded and is led by Tier 1 firm alumni, so you would be leading alongside people who operated at the very top of the profession, in a firm that is still being shaped.

This is a leadership role. You would lead engagements end to end, manage the client relationship, and build and develop a team of consultants, with a direct line to the founders rather than being one of hundreds in a machine. And the culture backs it up: no burnout, no silly hours, just a sharp, close-knit team that does great work and actually likes each other.

Fully remote, so you can be based in Johannesburg or Cape Town. Top-tier salary.

What you'll need: real consulting experience, including leading projects and teams, or you're a senior consultant clearly ready to step up.
