We're working with a fast-growing consulting firm that has grown to a team of 16 in around 18 months, doing strong work across a range of industries. It was founded and is led by Tier 1 firm alumni, so you would be working alongside and learning from people who operated at the very top of the profession.

As an Associate you would run your own workstreams end to end: structuring the problem, driving the analysis, and standing in front of the client on your piece of the work. The difference is the place you would do it in. No burnout culture, no silly hours, just a close-knit, likeable team that does great work and looks after each other.

Fully remote, so you can be based in Johannesburg or Cape Town. Top-tier salary.

What you'll need: solid consulting experience, ideally from a strong firm.
