The best junior PE talent in South Africa isn't looking for a new job right now.

 

They're sitting inside a bank or consulting firm, being told they're on track. That a promotion is coming. That now isn't the right time to move.

 

We get it. We hear it every week.

 

But here's the thing. The firm we're hiring for just closed what is widely regarded as the largest secondary transaction in the history of African private equity.  First-time Africa allocators brought into the continent for the very first time.

 

This isn't a firm on the way up. It's already there.

We're looking for an Investment Analyst or Associate to join their Johannesburg team.

 

Two to four years in IB, corporate finance, PE, or top tier consulting.

 

Exceptional academic record, 80% average or above across your university courses.
