The Opportunity: Shape the entire customer journey for a greenfield financial services venture —from brand positioning to product development, acquisition strategy to advocacy. What You'll Drive:
- Customer experience strategy and product innovation
- Brand development and go-to-market execution
- Customer journey mapping and lifecycle optimisation
- Acquisition and retention strategies
What You Bring:
- 5-10 years senior leadership in fintech, digital banking, or high-growth SaaS
- Deep understanding of financial services products and operations
- Proven track record in customer-focused transformation
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA advantageous)
