EXCITING OPPORTUNITY: “Group FM / 2IC to CFO”
TSR Search & Advisory is pleased to present a unique opportunity within a global prepaid digital voucher distributor. This business is held by a technology investment holding company. The role is a hybrid role with an expectation of one day per week in office time.
The Role:
• Second-in-command to the CFO
• Full financial management function with commercial project responsibilities
• Virtual/hybrid position (1 day per week in Johannesburg office)
• Opportunity to drive automation and optimisation initiatives
Ideal Candidate:
• CA(SA) preferred (other strong financial backgrounds considered)
• Commercial mindset with project management capability
• Self-starter who can "stitch things together"
• Ability to work with multiple international stakeholders
• Deep Financial Management experience required in high volume: digital commerce, high-transaction retail, or electronic voucher environments
