Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative digital learning solutions across the organisation

- Identify opportunities to resolve inefficiencies, increase reach, and optimise value chains
- Create and execute change management initiatives that account for all stakeholders
- Measure the impact of learning initiatives and iterate for sustainability and longevity
- Champion a human-centred, data-driven approach to digital innovation and learning solution design
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to create truly user-centric solutions
- Leverage individual strengths to achieve both personal and organisational objectives
- Compile data-driven reports and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
