If you're a senior consultant leading workstreams and bringing junior people along, but the grind of your current firm is wearing thin, here's something different.

We're working with a fast-growing consulting firm that has gone from nothing to a team of 16 in around 18 months, doing excellent work across a spread of industries. It was founded and is led by Tier 1 firm alumni, so you would be working shoulder to shoulder with people who operated at the very top of the profession, and helping shape a firm that is still being built.

As a Senior Associate you would lead workstreams with real independence, carry more of the client relationship, and mentor the Associates and Junior Associates around you. It is the step just before managing engagements, and the natural runway into it. All of it in a place with a genuinely good culture: no burnout, no silly hours, and a team that enjoys the work and each other.

Fully remote, so you can be based in Johannesburg or Cape Town. Top-tier salary.

What you'll need: strong consulting experience, ideally from a leading firm.
