Build something that moves!

A fast-growing South African leisure and mobility group is looking for someone who can turn real ambition into a well-oiled machine.

This isn't a corporate with a long org chart and committee approvals. It is three real businesses, building motorhomes, renting out campervans, and distributing parts across the country and they are growing fast. They need a sharp, hands-on COO to professionalise, scale and do it properly.

Who you are

• An Engineer, preferably Industrial Engineer who's spent real time on factory floors and in warehouses — not just in spreadsheets
• Someone with a manufacturing background who knows what operational discipline looks like in practice
• Comfortable with Lean, Six Sigma or similar; you don't just know the methodology, you've used it
• Commercially minded enough to connect operational decisions to the bottom line
• The kind of person who gets energised by mess and sees it as potential, not a problem
