You Bring:

• Postgraduate qualification in Management (or 10+ years' equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years in senior management within operations
• Deep understanding of Retail Motor Industry compliance (SABS, NRCS)
• Proven ability to lead complex teams and drive accountability
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution excellence
