Financial Director – South African Impact Consultancy

Are you a CA-qualified finance leader ready to architect the financial engine for lasting impact?

Our client, a leading South African impact consultancy seeks a competent and strategic Financial Director to lead their global finance function.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll oversee multi-country, multi-entity financial operations across South Africa, Kenya, and the UK, while leading Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, and Treasury functions.

This pivotal role requires expertise in international contracts, compliance with multilateral grant providers, complex pricing models, and AI-driven financial transformation.

We're seeking a hands-on finance leader - ideally with 10-15 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a similar senior role - who brings deep expertise in treasury, taxation, risk management, and the resilience to navigate currency fluctuations and regulatory complexity across multiple jurisdictions.
