As CEO, you'll build upon a long-established market leadership position while steering the organisation through its next transformative growth phase. You'll drive the strategic evolution from tech-services to a comprehensive data-driven technology company. The business is primed for expansion with new initiatives in data monetization, business solutions, and geographic growth—giving you the chance to lead meaningful innovation that impacts millions of lives.  You'll work with committed private equity shareholders focused on sustainable growth and value creation. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

 

• 5-7 years executive leadership experience in mobile app, technology, fintech, smart movement, connected platforms, connected mobility services or other business.

• Strong track record of business growth and strategy execution.

• Experience with annuity-based business models.

• Commercial acumen to monetize data and emerging technologies.

• Skilled at managing boards and shareholders, particularly PE stakeholders.
