Job Description

Our client, a successful consulting firm specialising in the design, build, real estate optimisation and strategy within the property sector  is looking to appoint a Project Manager.

Reporting directly to a Partner group,  the individual will manage high-performance projects.

Essential requirements include:

• Solid project management experience gained in a property-related environment or within the management consulting industry [having worked on tangible projects where results were derived].
• Engineering qualification is preferred.
• Evidence of the ability to conceptualise and develop detailed project designs.
• Setting up project timelines and deliverables.
• Overseeing the management of project implementation.
• Quality control and assurance
• Ability to problem solve and think strategically

Please note that this job is not paying more than R800k per annum.

This is not a hybrid role.  It requires an in-office presence.
