Lead the digital product strategy for a cutting-edge healthcare platform! In this strategic role, you will spearhead the development and execution of the digital product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for the digital health product portfolio, focused on engagement, innovation, and growth.
• Lead a team of Product Managers to develop, enhance, measure, and continuously improve critical digital health products.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including development and deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other business functions to align and execute digital product strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities that inform strategic decisions.
• Work closely with product users to incorporate feedback into development.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are achieved and the business case prevails.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to relevant committees and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A BSc in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university
• Postgraduate diploma in Management or MBA (advantageous)
• 5-7 years of Product Management experience in complex environments, managing digital product development and implementations across cross-functional teams.
• Intimate understanding of SDLC and extensive experience in delivering integrated solutions of meaningful scale
• Proven strategic thinking, inspirational leadership, customer-centricity, and problem-solving abilities
