What you’ll be doing
- Be the bridge between the development and client teams, resolving issues efficiently
- Keep user functionality top of mind, working to enhance both interface and experience
- Helping to coordinate and plan development efforts and system roll-outs
- Lead a cross functional team to create amazing solutions that work
- Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor and enhance the performance of existing products assigned
- Analyse and enhance support activity, reduce cost and improve the quality of support services
What you need to be
- Passionate about changing the world by marrying tech solutions to real-world problems
- Structured at problem solving, able to come up with solutions that are just the right mix of creative and pragmatic
- Digitally savvy – able to work with code/ no-code platforms to build and test solutions
- An electronic engineer or software developer
