Our client is expanding their team and looking for a New Product Coordinator to help drive innovation and ensure flawless execution across our growing range of brands.

💡 About the Role

The New Product Coordinator plays a key role in managing and coordinating new product introductions — ensuring every product is accurately documented, beautifully presented, and launched on time. Acting as the link between Marketing, Product, Sales, and IT, you’ll keep our launches organised, data-driven, and impactful.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Maintain and update the New Product Master Spreadsheet, ensuring product information, imagery, pricing, and attributes are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate the end-to-end product launch process, managing timelines, approvals, artwork, packaging, and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and E-commerce teams to ensure launch readiness and data accuracy.
• Support content creation — from product photography and videos to social media announcements and catalogue updates.
• Track and report on launch performance, timelines, and product readiness to management.
• Keep product data and documentation systems well-organised and up to date.

🧩 What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years’ experience in product coordination, marketing administration, or e-commerce content management.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advantageous).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms, product data, and digital marketing workflows.
